Smart BMS is to integrate multiple charging and discharging MOS, capacitors, resistors and other electronic components into one PCB circuit board. Functionally, it can only charge or discharge at the same time, and cannot be controlled separately. In addition, because the golf cart battery needs to be discharged with high current, when the Smart BMS is controlling the circuit, the MOS will be subjected to high temperature due to long time high current, and it is easy to fail due to "thermal decay". Once a failure occurs, due to the lack of secondary protection mechanism, it is easy to produce serious safety accidents.
