AnHui LEAD-WIN New Energy Technology CO., LTD warrants each Lithium Battery
LEAD-WIN's LiFePO4 lithium batteries (the ‘Product’) are warranted to be free from defects for a period of five years from the date of shipment (the ‘Warranty Period’), as evidenced by the air waybill or bill of lading and/or the battery serial number. During the first three years of the Warranty Period, the manufacturer shall replace or repair (as applicable) the Product and/or Product components if the relevant parts are determined to be defective in material or workmanship, subject to the exclusions set forth below. From the fourth year onwards, should any component be determined to be defective in material or workmanship, only the cost of replacement parts and courier charges shall be payable.
